Anfield Ticket Draw Terms & Conditions

We know it’s a pain, but if you don’t read these, it’s likely to either make work for our volunteer team or you might lose out in some way - so make a brew and get reading!

Eligibility Criteria

If you’re allocated a ticket and it transpires you don’t meet the eligibility criteria, the ticket fee will only be reimbursed if the club is able to reallocate the ticket.

To  be eligible to apply for a ticket from OLSC Brighton & Sussex, you must;

  1. Be a registered Official LFC Supporters Club Supporters Club - Brighton & Sussex member.

  2. Be a resident of Brighton / Sussex and able to evidence this with proof of address ID, if requested.

  3. Be able to pay for your ticket, travel, and accommodation (if required). The club does not offer credit to any member, or organise travel and accommodation for members.

  4. Be over 18 to apply as an idividual. Junior Supporters Club Members (under 18s) can only be linked in an application by an adult Member.

Paying for tickets

Tickets cost £40 - £55, depending on location in the stadium.  The actual cost won’t be known until after the allocation of tickets, so members must anticipate paying up to £55.  All Supporters Club tickets are full-price, no child or junior rate tickets.

We will send details of how to pay ASAP.  Members must meet payment deadlines, or they may lose their tickets.

Returning tickets

If you can’t attend the match you must notify the club as soon as possible.  You must not transfer your ticket to anyone else, or sell the ticket under any circumstances.  Any member found doing so will have their Supporters Club Membership terminated.

The club will try to reallocate the ticket and refund you. However, no refund will be made if the ticket can’t be reallocated.

Changes to kick-off date/time

Dates and times of matches may change for TV scheduling; this should be considered when applying for tickets.  The club is not liable for any financial losses members incur due to such changes.

Code of conduct

Anyone attending Anfield on a Supporters Cub ticket represents our club and should behave accordingly.  Anyone who behaves in a way that damages the reputation of the club will have their membership terminated.  Misconduct by any member in and around Anfield could ultimately result in our club losing its Official LFC Supporters Club status.
